Booking Fee - A non-refundable booking fee of £250 secures to day for you. I only book one wedding per day.

 * All Day Coverage - All day coverage starts with the Bridal preparations, through the ceremony and into the reception until shortly after the first dance.

 ** DVD Slideshow telling the story of the day - The photo selection is chosen by Andrew to best tell the story of the day and might not include every photo.

Engagement Shoot - This is a fun few hours one day in the lead up to your wedding where we meet somewhere such as a park, heritage site or even a town centre and we take some fun and loving photos of you during this special time in your life. The photos could then be used however you see fit, such as for invites or other stationary.

My 'style' of coverage. - There are two 'official styles' of photography when it comes to weddings, which are known as Traditional or Formal and Reportage or Journalism. Traditional tends to be more posed and is often considered old fashioned, while reportage is more modern and is much more hands off, when the photographer doesn't pose people and just records the events as they happen.
In reality, most photographers do a bit of both, myself included, I'm more of a reportage photographer, only posing people occasionally, such as for the family group photos. Other wise I prefer to blend into the background somewhat and follow the events of the day, capturing things as they happen. 

Booking me - So you love my photography, you think I'd be perfect for your wedding and you're happy with my prices, what happens next?
You need to contact me to arrange a meeting so we can discuss you wedding and your photographic needs for the big day. Please either email me or call me using the contact information you will find at the top of the page or visit the contact page. A booking fee of £250 is required to book me for the day.

Before the Wedding - Depending on the package you choose for your wedding, we will meet at least once more before the wedding to do a pre-wedding meeting to finalise everything a few weeks prior to the wedding. If we're doing an Engagement shoot then this would be the time that I would hand over the Prints and CD from that session.

After the Wedding - While you enjoy your well deserved Honeymoon, I will start to process your photos. I will post a selection of favourites on my blog a few days after the wedding for you to view while you are away, and I will also create your DVD slideshow,  order your full set of prints and, once they are ready, upload your photos to the online ordering gallery.
If you are going to be having an Album then I will choose what I feel would be the best selection of photos for the Album, and present this selection to you at the meeting where you can review it and make any swaps you feel you need so that once the meeting is finished I can proceed to designing your Album for you.

Can I have a CD of the photos? - Yes, the CD of digital negatives at full size and ready to print is available to buy separately at £300 if you choose to have the Basic package or is included in the Full package. Although I retain copyright of the photos I take on your wedding day, I grant you an unlimited licence to copy the CD as much as you like and to print off the photos as much as you like. In fact I recommend you do print them off as over time, recordable CD's degrade if not kept properly and carefully stored away. In addition, I recommend you make at least one copy of the CD and copy them to your computer as well. Once you have the CD, it's ownership is transferred to you and you are responsible for its safe keeping.

Travelling - I'm based in a village called Fetcham, which is near Leatherhead in surrey, very close to Junction 9 on the M25. However, you do not need to be close to me to book me. I include a certain amount of travelling within the package prices I have, if however you live a long way from me, I may have to charge for my travelling costs. This is done on a case by case basis.
